Windows Embedded Style Editor's Review

Someone wise once said that a change is as good as a rest. Fair enough. If you’re going to change the look of your desktop, then this one isn’t bad at all. Windows Embedded Style is a classy desktop theme and it’s nice and easy on the eye. It comes in a range of muddy blues, but it’s only suitable for download on the XP operating system. 

Pros: It’s free and it’s easy to download. 

Cons: Hate to say it, but the font gets on my nerves, and it may get on yours.

Conclusion: If you’re bored with the way your desktop looks, then Windows Embedded Style may make a pleasant change. It’s evolution rather than revolution, so it won’t startle you when you switch it on. Although the grotty font might.
